We teach authentic ITF Tae Kwon-do as taught by the founder Grand Master Choi Hong Hi 9th degree 1918-2002. Our gyms are members of TKD SCOT, Scottish council of TKD and the International TaeKwon-Do Federation (I.T.F.) head quarters in South Korea.
we opened in October 1995 in Inverurie under Miss Lyn Cameron then a 1st degree blackbelt. Banchory was later opened in 2003 & both gyms have gone from strength to strength with a memberships of 200 plus in 2018. We have now added Aberdeen to our club portfolio in Nov 2017.
Over the years we have produced many talented individuals winning Scottish, British, International Titles & Scotland Team members.

There are many martial arts Instructors that will happily give belt promotions to appease and retain students. We do not follow this philosophy as it does not build self-esteem and only serves in the student developing a false sense of security concerning their ability to defend themselves.
