Our Korean Kickboxing programme was developed by Master Michael Thomson 7th Degree black belt in TaeKwon-Do for over 42 years. It differs from the usual kickboxing styles as we adopt all the technical foot and hand techniques from ITF TaeKwon-Do, but do not include other disciplines specific to TKD.

Kickboxing students are tested on fitness and stamina, hand and foot techniques, attack and defensive work and sparring ability.

Korean Kickboxing is for all levels of fitness and ability.
